Why I Started Feel Something

Feel Something started with a very simple realization:

somewhere along the way, I stopped feeling like myself.

I wasn’t unhappy. I wasn’t broken. I was functioning — doing all the things, building businesses, showing up, taking care of everyone and everything. But I felt disconnected from my body, my senses, and the small moments that make life feel meaningful.

I know now that this kind of numbness is incredibly common — especially for women. We push through stress, routines, screens, and expectations until “fine” becomes the default. And we forget that feeling grounded, present, and alive is not a luxury — it’s essential to emotional wellbeing.

What brought me back wasn’t one big change.

It was small, sensory moments.

Touching my skin with intention.

Breathing in a scent that made me pause.

Creating rituals that helped my nervous system soften instead of stay on high alert.

That understanding is what led me to create Urthy — a clean sensory wellness brand rooted in touch, scent, and ritual. But Feel Something is bigger than any one product or company.

It’s a belief.

That emotional wellbeing is deeply connected to our senses.

That care should be felt, not rushed.

That tiny rituals can bring us back to ourselves.

Feel Something was created to share that belief — in studios, in communities, and in everyday moments — so more people can reconnect with their bodies, their breath, and their lives.

Urthy is proud to host this movement because it reflects everything we stand for. But Feel Something exists for anyone who’s ready to slow down, tune in, and remember what it feels like to be human.

This is an invitation.

To pause.

To connect.

To feel something again.

Long Live You.
