Feel Something™ is a nationwide wellness movement inviting people to reconnect with their senses, their bodies, and their emotional wellbeing through intentional ritual.
We’re inviting Pilates, yoga, barre, strength, and movement studios to host a Feel Something class as part of National Feel Something Day™ — the last Saturday in January — and beyond.
We have 5 classes throughout the year on key seasonal and wellness shifts like Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Fall Equinox and Winter Solstice.
Feel Something isn't about taking over your practice, it’s a shared moment of presence, care, and community.
WHAT IS A FEEL SOMETHING CLASS?
A Feel Something class is your normal class format — elevated with a sensory opening ritual, a grounding close, and a small take-home ritual for students.

Quick Answers
What sort of studio do i have to be to participate?
We welcome all studio types that teach wellness-related classes from pilates to yoga to group fitness and beyond. If you aren't sure if you're studio will be approved, please email us for more information at info@feelsomething.org.
do i need to do anything special for class?
You run your class like normal with two additions:
1 - Opening Ritual. This is a brief moment where you have your participants grab their Ritual Card, open it and follow the short class opening scent routine.
2 - Closing Ritual. This is a moment where you have your participants grab their Everlume Body Balm from their kit and apply to their hands and set an intention for the day.
Can i host more than one class on Feel Something Day?
Yes of course! You can host more than one class but you'll want to make sure you purchase additional Student Kits for all your classes.
How do i receive commission on purchases?
We will provide each of our partner studios a specific link and QR code where their class participants can shop. If any of your students use the link and make a purchase, your studio receives a 15% commission on that sale. Commissions will be paid out after National Feel Something Day.
